Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Upon receipt of a provisional booking, this will be held for a maximum of 14 days. Confirmation can be made either by letter, fax or email, at which time a deposit is required. Unfortunately we are unable to accept verbal confirmation. Deposits required are 10% of the estimated final invoice, subject to a minimum of £100. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
Confirmation of Numbers
Final numbers must be notified 10 days prior to the function. Any changes to the confirmed numbers must be agreed by us and any additional numbers will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to make alterations as necessary, or to cancel the booking if the numbers are reduced, or circumstances changed significantly.
Payment
On confirmation of final number, a further 50% of the estimated final invoice is payable. A final invoice will be rendered on the day of the function for immediate payment.
Cancellation
In the event of the function being cancelled within 10 days of the function, 50% of the estimated final invoice will be payable.
Menu Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the menu in the event of unavailability of any selected items due to market conditions.
Loss or Damage
The client is responsible for all our property left at the premises. Any property lent to the client that becomes damaged or lost, will be charged at current replacement price. All lent property to be returned in a clean condition in the original packaging.
